The other thing is that my account plainly says that I graduated in 2020. When I changed my plan to that one, there was nothing about it that said I had to be a student, but now there's a red banner on my account that says "Unable to verify education status", which I ASSUME means that my plan must be a student plan (although it doesn't say that on the "manage plan" area). I went to go cancel my subscription and on the way out, I was offered a plan that was ~$20/mo instead. It used to be ~$30/mo and today Adobe tried to charge me $50/mo which is just insane. I figured I would ask here first instead of calling adobe support, just in case they try some trickery to increase my subscription again.īasically what happened is that for some reason my subscription suddenly increased $20/mo this month without notice.
